We are the answer for different Homeowner situations that arise.  There are times when homeowners end up finding themselves in situations that they did not plan for.  Life Happens and We understand that here.  Due to certain events whether it be relocation, health challenges, financial crisis, property repair issues, tenants, on and on the list goes... For some of those burdened souls We can help.  We are setup to take on some of the challenges that the normal Homeowner is not equipped to handle or just doesn't want to.  We here at BuyMyHouseTN.com like the idea of alleviating burdens for folks.

Now, I am glad to be transparent.  As the Founder of the Business I seek to honor the Lord with my life... but as a Husband and Father my family has to eat too!  We do attempt to be profitable.  As with any business the Numbers must work for both parties involved.  With any home purchase there is Risk involved and those are taken into consideration with each offer.  Also, along with seeking to be a blessing to Homeowners we partner with other investors.  These investors are typically hard working Americans who have a 9-5 day job.  We bring the real estate expertise that they may not have to assist them in making some extra income to help build retirement, pay for college, or other worthy causes.  There is not a Business that is in place today that is not a PEOPLE Business.  We embrace that here and it should show!
